3. User Content & Uploaded Images

• You retain ownership of images you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them for generating modeling images.
• Uploaded images are deleted from our servers within 48 hours after processing, or sooner if you request deletion.
• You must have the rights to upload and use any images or content you submit.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some features may require payment or a subscription. All fees are clearly stated and must be paid in advance.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload content that infringes on any third-party rights or is offensive, obscene, or illegal.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
